I'm Woody the creator of Woody's Grill Thing. I've always enjoyed cooking and thoroughly enjoy spinning on the jumbuck. When my journey of spinning began I soon realized I needed something to make for a better spin by reducing flare ups, increasing airflow and finishing with an even cook.
After some time of tinkering in my shed The Grill Thing was created, with a few trials and modifications the improvements it made for my spins were awesome. I then made some more for my brothers who also love a spin and with encouragement from my family I decided to share my creation for others to enjoy the benefits of having a better spin.
This little idea has grown into a small family business, we are so grateful to everyone who has supported us on our journey. With so many products these days being made abroad I am proud to provide an Australian handmade quality product using local materials.
We have a strong belief of supporting and promoting small businesses alike all over Australia and it is very rewarding to be part of the greater community.
I work fifo and my wife works local, together we run this little business and personally package and process every order ensuring our customers receive our best service, thank you all again for your ongoing support.

The day we decided to start a small business our aim was to produce a quality handmade product using local materials and use a recycled product for packaging.
We have achieved our goals partnering with some great local companies who are providing us with top quality materials and service enabling us to succeed and grow as a small business, we intend to maintain this standard and provide the best product and service for our customers.
We have a group page on Facebook *Woody's Bbq Group* for everyone to share their spins and bbq cook ups, our group are a great bunch of people who are happy to share recipes, tips and offer advice for beginners, also each week a winner is chosen for #bragging rights# and their spin is posted as the page banner for that week.
Giveaways are regular with spinners recieving free merchandise which we purchase from a small local business, to enter simply post a spin on our group page and give us a review on our Facebook main page *Woody's Grill Thing* we believe in giving back to the community and thorougly enjoy being able to do so.
